Requesting Account Deletion

We believe in giving you full control over your data. If you decide to leave our platform, you can request the deletion of your account directly from the app.

  1. Open the Avego app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page.
  3. Tap on Request Account Deletion.

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your request, we will initiate a 30-day grace period. During this time, your account will be deactivated, but not yet permanently deleted.

Reactivating Your Account

If you change your mind within the 30-day period, you can reactivate your account by simply logging back in. This will cancel the deletion request.

Data Deletion

After the 30-day grace period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. The data that will be permanently removed includes:

  • Your profile information (name, photos, bio, etc.)
  • Your conversation and message history
  • Your list of matches and connections

We do not retain any of this personal data beyond the 30-day grace period. No additional retention period is applied.
